In 2010, Team Losi Racing introduced the revolutionary 22, a completely new 2WD platform that jump started the electric buggy racing scene and launched a series of TLR 22 vehicles with top level performance.

Now, a new era of domination begins with the 1/10 scale 22X DC 2WD Race Buggy Kit. TLR started with lessons learned from the World Championship winning 22 and years of further 22 platform development, along with valuable racer feedback. The result is a brand new buggy design that is easier to maintain and optimised for dirt and clay tracks, with extensive adjustability that helps drivers go faster on today’s high grip surfaces.

If you are ready for the podium, the 22X DC 2WD kit is equipped to take you there. Key improvements include a hard anodised 2 mm 7075 T6 aluminium chassis that is lengthened and optimised for higher grip tracks, plus larger 13 mm big bore shocks with 13 mm springs for plush landings and responsive cornering.

Two front caster block and spindle options allow you to tune the steering feel for different surfaces, with wide or narrow king pin locations available. The wide location provides a more linear feel and keeps the buggy flatter through corners, while the narrow location delivers a more aggressive steering response.

The TLR 22X DC 2WD kit also features a new laydown gearbox design with easy access to the differential and idler gear. This allows quick maintenance without disassembling the entire gearbox, a major advantage since the suspension mounting points are integrated with the gearbox.

TLR includes many option items with the 22X DC race kit to provide maximum tunability straight out of the box. Racing conditions have evolved from traditional loose grip dirt to high grip clay, carpet, and astroturf surfaces. With the TLR 22X DC, you can adapt to virtually any track and compete with confidence.
