We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the fastest solution is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
